Come in and arrange for a float trip down the Illinois River in one of our Rafts, Canoes or Kayaks, or a private shuttle, rent boats for use on lake by hour, half & full day lake. Boat rentals available include paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, tubes (tubes for use in Lake Wedington swimming area only). We also keep an assortment of floating equipment ranging from dry boxes & bags to paddles & life jackets , varies pieces of camping equipment & fishing gear & live bait, ice bottled & canned drinks available at the Boathouse.
Want to fish and hang out at the lake all day, while enjoying the volleyball sand courts, horseshoe pits, covered pavilion or picnic tables for the day. Then come let us help make your day great.
Maybe you up for a little adventure today and you want to float the Illinois River for some still water fun with family enjoying each others company or fishing as you go or you plan on playing in the water at the new whitewater kayak park located at Fisher Ford. Where we will be to bring you back to your car at the end of your personal adventure. Most shuttle trips take about 15 minutes, just long enough to get excited about getting to river or time to cool off before heading home once back to the park.
Clean up after a long day or after swimming in river or lake in the clean & well maintained bathhouse with showers. After changing, cooling down or while taking a break you can grab a Hamburger, Hot Dog, Cold Sandwiches, Chips, French Fries & Tater Tots, Frito Chili Pie, Corn Dog, Fountain Drinks, Bottled Water, Sports Drink, or something for that sweet tooth. Campers & Visitors check us out if you forgot some supplies, We have bags of ice, eggs, milk, bread, hot dog buns, weinies, cheese, sandwich meats and of course the makings for campfire smores available at grill.
